Career Administration Coordinator!

The Role

Are you up for the challenge? This fast paced ’hands on’ PA/Sales Admin role is the link between the Sales Director and Sales and Marketing teams. Your professional and engaging manner together with your proven strength in Administration and Coordination will ensure the seamless and timely delivery of the following:

Responsibilities

High level administration support to the Sales & Marketing Director and Senior Managers
Work with sales and marketing to prepare for sales conferences, trade/educational meets,coordinate travel
Assist in venue selections, invitations, RSVPs
Organise meetings, agendas and minutes for distribution
Maintain website
Raise purchase orders and process invoices
Reconcile credit cards
Distribute promotional and marketing material
Manage promotional stock levels
Contract administration and maintain records

Skills / Experience

Minimum of 3 years in an Administrative role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous pharmaceutical and/or sales support experience desirable but not essential
Excellent verbal communication
Strong customer focus
High attention to detail
Good judgment ability and solutions focussed
