Customer Service and Administration Support in Warriewood


Working for a Dynamic Growing Company

Our Client is a successful Australian based business providing a specialised service nationally with over 30 years experience in the market.

The role being broad in its responsibilities this role can offer you the ability to be part of a close knit supportive team where you will be pivotal in communicating between internal departments and directly with your dedicated customer base. A mature manner and the ability to empathise and problem solve as well as communicate and coordinate is paramount to success in this role.


Customer service with the ability to engage and empathise with clients
Taking inbound and making follow-up outbound calls
Responding to customer inquiries both via website including quotes and product information
Making bookings in system and ensuring follow up paperwork is sent
Follow up with client payments and processing
Sending reports and receipts to clients
General day to day office administration

Skills Experience

Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Excellent spelling and grammar
Good planning and coordination skills
Timely document preparation skills ability to prioritise and deadline focussed
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Self Motivated with a ’Can do’ attitude
Good problem solving skills
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
MS Office skills

Warriewood Location

Hours 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour for lunch
