Contract Finance Administrator

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be part of a friendly Admin and Finance team who are dedicated to supporting a major client. Tasks are varied and require someone with an eye for detail to ensure admin and finance documents are processed, amended and collated correctly to ensure correct information and rebates are processed with clients. Excellent coordination and communication skills are needed as this position will liaise with internal and external customers with altering requirements.

Responsibilities

Accurate data entry of Accounts Payable and Receivables
Following up with subcontractors to ensure collection and compilation of paper work
General contract administration
Prepare and submit monthly payment claims
Investigate discrepancies with claims
Accurate data entry of client details and alterations
Raise work orders and allocate to subcontractors
Manage supplier and subcontractor payments
Assist with monthly reporting

Skills

High attention to detail
General accounting experience
Understanding of budgets
Team player
Good organisation, planning and time management
Good written and verbal communication
Intermediate to Advanced Word/Excel
