The role is a combination of face to face customer service, phone customer service and administration. You will talk to clients about their brief and handle the tasks from design to completion. THE APPLICANT
The ideal applicant will have superior communication skills, excellent customer service, a high attention to detail and solid Word, Excel and Publisher. Some graphics package experience would be an advantage.
A hands on approach is essential as you will be operating printing machines as well as answering phones, emails and juggling lots of tasks at once. THE HOURS
