ResponsibilitiesYou will be processing customer orders, preparing correspondence, fulfilling customer needs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction standards are met. Process orders and monitor their progress & keep target customers well informed
On going customer relationship management via phone & email
Work closely with Sales, Production and Warehouse teams regarding pricing, stock availability and order status
Monthly reporting on activities and metrics
Maintain customer information & commercial debtor responsibilities
Skills Experience Good planning and coordination skills
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Strong relationship and collaboration skills
Good problem solving skills
Self Motivated with a Can do attitude
Team player
Experience processing orders within an ERP systems such as PRONTO or SAP would be desirable
Desirable: Degree in Science or Chemistry or even Engineering would be highly regardedPrevious experience working in a customer service role where you have been working closely with transport and logistics would be desirable.
