ResponsibilitiesGeneral all round administration support role focussing on processing bookings and invoicing. Printing off bookings sheets and checking pricing as per Freight Rates
Generating invoices from booking sheets in MYOB
Matching and allocating proof of delivery
Emailing PODs to customers
Dealing with invoice queries
Answering incoming calls
Filing and archiving
Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience working in a busy administrative roll, using MYOB would be an advantage but is not essential, all training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask in a busy environment with strong time management skills
Attention to detail and reliability is a must
High level of customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment autonomously or in a team
Ability to solve problems in a calm, logical and professional manner
Committed and ethical approach to work
A friendly can do attitude
To be successful it is essential that you are a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to liaise with people at all levels.

100% Office Based role
Flexible hours 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm with ½ hour lunch
