Our ClientA well established SME in Brookvale are looking to add to their team of professionals in this Accounts & Admin support role. This role offers flexibility and variety within a friendly & supportive team environment.
The RoleIn this role you will support the GM with PA responsibilities as well as handling Accounts and general office Admin duties.
Responsibilities• MYOB - Payroll, AP, AR & Bank Reconciliations
• PA assistance to the General Manager
• Assist the estimator & Project Manager
• Answer phones & respond to emails
• Set up contractors for building works
• Contract admin for projects
• Manage Home Warranty Insurance process
• Documentation of works in line with required legislation
• Any general Adhoc office admin as required
Skills and ExperiencePreferably have experience working in a similar role within the construction or building industry – but not essential.
• MYOB Accounting system experience is essential
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Deadline focussed with high accuracy
• Team player with a helper mindset
