The RoleWorking within a positive and autonomous environment as part of the Client Services Team you will be providing Front Office Client Service Support as well as assisting with administration duties in the daily running of the office.
Responsibilities Management of x4 Advisors diaries scheduling client meetings
Daily use of CRM to start and manage workflows and updates
First point of Client contact both over phone and face to face
Team assistance & general office duties
Skills & Experience A self starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
High attention to detail and organisational skills coupled with the ability to multi task across a wide range of responsibilities
Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook
Previous experience using CRMs
