Our Client is a successful local Brookvale business providing services to a mix of Government, Corporate and Residential clients.
The Role working in a supportive team of administrators your above average communication ability is essential when dealing with a variety of clients both over the phone and via email. You will be tasked with accurate and fast data entry, appointment scheduling and reporting. Your precision and detail-oriented approach in handling job details, coordinating clients, in a fast paced environment is critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities• Accurate data entry & follow up of active jobs
• Schedule quotes & manage appointments
• Follow up & job management - manage incoming jobs, data entry (jobs & quotes), claiming, scheduling, managing documents & variations
• Closing out of jobs confirming job completion in system ready for Accounts to invoice
• Customer communication being first point of contact for inquiries relating to job status
RequirementsMulti tasking is a must! You must be able to handle interruptions whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. Previous administration, data entry experience is preferred. Strong ability to manage appointments, job schedules and reporting.
• Good written and spoken English
• Clear and calm telephone manner
• Detail oriented multi tasker
• Able to work under pressure with distractions
• Patient, polite a friendly team player
• Intermediate Excel / Word / Outlook
• Able to work unsupervised
Previous experience dealing with councils & Government Departments is highly regarded
Brookvale location
Office Based role 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
