Customer Service Project – work in the Natural Health IndustryThe Role you will be responsible for accurate data entry of orders and helping customers navigate a new website.
Responsibilities• Take calls from customers relating to their orders
• Accurate order entry
• Work with Pharmacies and Health Practitioners assisting them
navigate the new web site
Skills / Experience• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence & maturity to deal with customers enquiries
• Previous phone based customer service experience
• PC skills, previous use of ERP system and MS Office
• High level phone call etiquette and call handling skills
Hourly Rate - $35.85 + superannuation paid weekly
Office based role in Surry HillsHours: 8.45 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
