The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager your initiative and strong communication skills will be valuable assisting across various areas of accounts with the following tasks:
Duties/Responsibilities• Processing account applications and setting up accounts
• Collecting and allocating payments
• Reconciling accounts
• Processing credit card payments
• Dealing with accounts enquiries
• Issuing statements
• Data entry and running reports
• Maintain vehicle records
Skills/RequirementsHigh attention to detail
Previous similar experience
Great communication and organisation
Good written and verbal communication
Team Player
Intermediate skills MYOB and Advanced Excel
Your ability to forge strong relationships, multitask and work as part of a cohesive team will be highly regarded.
