Industry leading Northern Beaches organisation who provide services to a mix of Government, Corporate and Residential clients, due to growth are looking to expand their team. Assisting the operations team this newly created role will focus on managing input of data whilst reviewing, recoding and obtaining information to assist with a seamless workflow for this busy SME.
Working in a supportive team within operations your ability to work with a high volume of records, maintaining accuracy and organisation will ensure precise quotes, contracts and information flow is achieved.
Key responsibilities:• Entering quotes and client liaison to obtain information
• Review incoming requests and information to ensure accuracy
• Maintain accurate digital records and job notes
• Assist contract managers with creating and updating quotes for companywide access together with ensuring data is clean
• Assisting with data entry tasks across internal systems as well as spreadsheets and general administration for job setup
About you:You’ll need to be comfortable with learning and using internal databases and workflow systems and have a previous work history in data entry or administration. A high attention to detail, clear communication and an ability to review, correct and enter a large amount of data with precision will be highly valued.
• A team player with accuracy and focus
• Previous similar exp in administration and/or data entry
• Ability to prioritise, maintain clear communication and organisation
• Intermediate Excel / Word / Outlook
• Able to work unsupervised
Previous experience dealing with councils & Government Departments is highly regarded
Office Based role 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
