Working within the display centre and pick-up yard this role will be a combination of trade sales and warehousing duties requiring a hands on and customer focussed approach. Reporting to the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:• Assist all customers with loading and unloading
• Driving Forklift
• Maintain a clean & tidy workplace
• The accurate and timely entering of sales data from Account Managers (in the field) & directly from customers and pursue solutions if there are gaps in information received
• The answering of questions from customers (phone or walk-ins)
• Follow up with clients for stock availability, delivery, product enquiries, pallet pick up confirmation
• Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
• Verify stock in and out of yard, correct quantities to purchase order and submit for processing
Working within a small team your engaged, inquisitive and solutions-oriented nature together with your previous experience in a similar role will be highly valued.
