Great opportunity to join a well-known branded company in this Part Time positionOur Client a leading brand within domestic and international markets, is looking for additional help in their customer service area due to a recent surge in business.
Commencing ASAP, this role will be for approximately 6 months (possibly longer) working Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays 8.45 am to 5 pm. After training you can work from home on Thursdays. Bring your strong communication and organization skills to this role. You must have previously worked within a corporate environment assisting customers to tight timelines. You will take inbound calls and log information into the data base detailing client information and product status. Your eye for detail and ability to multi task will be greatly valued as you assist the team to continue to deliver positive results for their customers. We will need you to ‘hit the ground running’ and bring your ’can do’ and positive attitude to assist this friendly and professional team get through this busy period.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deal with customers via phone and email
Create new accounts in the system
Data entry of customer information ensuring accuracy
Follow up customers to complete information
Work closely with finance team to get new accounts uploaded
Hours 8.45 am to 5 pm working Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays
Location Surry Hills
Good Hourly rate paid weekly
Opportunity to work Thursdays from home once trained
