How can I improve my computer skills?
DCL Recruitment runs tutorials to help candidates expand their computer skills. Call us on

What do I do if I am running late, or am sick and unable to attend an assignment?
It’s very important that you notify us as soon as you can on
(02) 9905 3566
. If calling outside office hours (which are 8.30am to 5.30pm) you can leave a detailed message on our answering machine.
Can I make phone calls from work and use the internet?
Please keep personal phone calls to an absolute minimum and switch off your mobile while at work. If you are issued with email and internet access, this should be used for work purposes only.
What should I wear?
Your dress and overall presentation should be appropriate for the workplace. Please make sure you dress professionally, and are neat and tidy; with closed-in shoes if working in a warehouse.
How do I submit my timesheet?
1. Each week you temp through DCL Recruitment, you need to send us a timesheet that’s been signed by your supervisor after your final shift of the week. We send you a timesheet each week, or you can
download one here.
2. Please make sure all sections are filled-in and that you’ve ticked ‘completed’ (if you are finished) or ‘continuing’ (if you are going back next week).
3. Emial your timesheet to us no later than 9.30am each Wednesday to:
payroll@dclrecruitment.com.au
When do I get paid following a temporary assignment?
Your pay will be available in your nominated account on the Tuesday following the week of employment.
How do I receive my pay slips?
A pay slip and a new timesheet will be mailed to you detailing the amount paid and tax deductions. If the amounts aren’t what you were expecting please don’t hesitate to call Robyn in our payroll department on

How do you handle my personal information?
DCL Recruitment complies with privacy legislation with regards to your personal information.
Do I receive superannuation when working in a temporary assignment?
DCL Recruitment will pay superannuation on your behalf in line with government regulations. If you do not provide us with your own nominated super fund the contributions will be paid into Recruitment Super.
Who pays my tax and superannuation when working in a temporary assignment?
DCL Recruitment will pay your tax and superannuation and you’ll also be covered by our Workers Compensation policy when employed as a temp with one of our clients. You’ll receive a payment summary from us at the end of the financial year.
